1. How long does delivery take?
We will ship within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. You will receive within 5-7 business days.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
2. Where do you ship?
US only. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. We also do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes. Thank you for your understanding.
3. How will my delivery be shipped?
All QOMOTOP orders ship out via FedEx or UPS
4. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We always want you in the loop. Tracking information will automatically be sent to your email once your order has shipped, and updates will be emailed to you as well.
6. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
7. What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lptri.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
